Assessment Reporting Cycle

The Assessment Reporting Cycle repeats twice per year. The chair of each school's Assessment Advisory Committee is responsible for making reports to the Assessment Council. There are two reporting dates per year, January 20 and May 25.

There are three types of reports, and the Assessment Advisory Committee chairs will file reports of all three types at each reporting date, depending on the circumstances in their school. The types of reports are:

Reports on Assessment Plans: Each school and department will revise their assessment plans on a regular basis.

Reports on Assessment Results: Each school and department will have some assessments completed each term.

Reports on Implementation based on assessment results: Each school and department will implement changes in courses and curricula based on the results of the assessments that are conducted each term.
