NetID is the new name that RUCS has for your central Rutgers computer account (Eden, RCI, Adromeda, Pegasus, Crab or Clam, depending on whether you are staff or student, and on what campus).

The NetID is used as the first part of your e-mail address, as well as a username for logging on to many computing services and web sites such as https://webct.rutgers.edu/∞ .
