Feb 15 - University Administrative Web Site Outage
The following notice was delivered via email to warn of a scheduled maintenance period. During the maintenance, several important web sites will be unavailable. While Sakai is not on the list it does rely on several of these other sites in order to function, so while you may be able to log into Sakai it may not correctly associate students with courses until the outage period is finished.

Maintenance Notification for Administrative Applications
OVERVIEW: The Office of Information Technology/Enterprise Systems and Services (ESS) has scheduled infrastructure maintenance which will result in a service outage on the morning of 15 February 2009.
OUTAGE WINDOW: The outage windows for maintenance will be:
· Sunday, 15 February 2009 from 06:00 (6:00am) through 12:00 (Noon)
During the time frames listed above ESS systems located in ASB will be unavailable.HOW YOU MAY BE AFFECTED:
The following applications/services may experience intermittent outages during the maintenance:

- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)

“ONLINE SIRS” Fall 2008 Results are Available
The results of the online version of the Student Instructional Rating Survey for Fall 2008 are completed and have been distributed to departments. Individual instructors will have received an email message with their own results, and each department has instructions on how to retrieve all of the results.
The available results are only for the surveys that were conducted online. Surveys that were done on paper forms are currently being scanned and processed, and the results will be returned to departments according to the usual schedule.
After all of the results, both online and paper, are complete the summary reports will be posted for student access at http://sirs.rutgers.edu/.
