Podcasting Lectures from New Brunswick Classrooms
Enhanced Classroom Support has installed equipment in Scott 135, Scott 123, Murray 301, Beck Auditorium and LCB 102 that will allow faculty and instructors who choose to do so to record their lectures digitally, for immediate and automatic distribution to their students.
Schedule a podcast now by filling out our online form. Please contact us at info@ctaar.rutgers.edu or 932-7466 for information about how to use the system. New Brunswick faculty or instructors interested in podcasting their lectures from other rooms should contact info@ctaar.rutgers.edu or equipment@classrooms.rutgers.edu. We will make an effort to install the required equipment in other classrooms as needed; we also have a portable recorder which will allow a manual process of recording and digital distribution from any room.
Podcasting from Newark Classrooms
The Office of Academic Technology has installed equipment in Ackerson 123 and CLJ 392 to record lectures which can then be made available to your students as a podcast. We are presently researching portable recorders and expect to have at least one available for the next semester. If you are interested in trying out podcasting or if you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact Joy McDonald by email at joymcd@newark.rutgers.edu or by phone at 973-353-5953.

To add the podcasting tool to your Sakai site, click "Site Info" then "Edit Tools".
